Returns

If you're not pleased with your order you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days after you received your order. Private persons have a 14-day right of withdrawal/exchange of the ordered product when shopping online. (For orders placed during December, we’ve extended returns to 30 days.) This means that you may return unused, undamaged products. When returning the product please follow the instructions that comes along with the delivery. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund. Please note that we always charge the shipping costs incurred by the original order.

Please note! The return right does not apply on broken, used, or stained unsalable products. A broken,used or unsalable product will be returned to the customer and we will charge a €20 handling fee. 

For orders that have not been picked up, we have the right to charge a fee of 20€ for our handling cost of the order and for the return.
