Please allow 24–48 hours for processing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. All orders are traceable with a tracking ID.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. For orders placed during December, we extend the return period to 30 days.
The product must be unused and in saleable condition in its original packaging. Please include the delivery note with your return.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can:
follow the return instructions included with your delivery, or
use the "Withdraw from contract" form available on our website.

Important: Costs and Refunds
1. Refund of Original Shipping Cost
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the original shipping cost you paid, but only up to the amount of our cheapest standard delivery option (currently PostNord €5.90 within Finland).
If you chose a more expensive delivery method (such as GLS or DHL Express), we will refund only the cost of the standard option. The difference between the standard rate and the premium rate you paid is not refundable, as this was an optional upgrade you selected.
2. Return Shipping Fee
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns dropped off directly at our physical store are free of charge.

3. Damaged or Used Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are broken, used, or stained. If we receive a product that is not in its original, saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. The product will be returned to you, and we will charge a €20 handling fee.
4. Uncollected Orders
For orders that have not been picked up from a collection point within the storage period, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €20 to cover our handling and return shipping costs. This covers both the original delivery cost and the cost of returning the package to us.
5. Refund Timing
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back.
